  All I can say is wow what an amazing hotel. It was absolutely spotless in every area . The bedroom was not only huge but also very plush indeed and the en-suite was outstanding - you could literally see your reflection in the floor. I could not recommend this hotel highly enough. It really is amazing. The price was excellent too especially for a 5 star in - The gym, pool, sauna & steam room are all good & included in rate we got. The staff were helpful & took time to help explain there was engineering works on the district line & to use the Metropolitan line from Aldgate to get to my destination Sunday morning. Location is good for the east end of London as is only 5 mins walk from Tower Bridge.

  My husband and I stayed at the South Place Hotel for a week's vacation. The hotel is in the heart of the business district, so it is a quieter neighborhood on the weekends, but bustling during the week. There are a number of nearby pubs, and a Marks & Spencer across the street if you require groceries. It was also conveniently close to food stores and the overground station (literally 2 minutes away).The people running the place were extremely friendly and helpful.   Nice, modern apartment. Less than ten minutes by feet from the Central line of the tube, 1 minute from the bus stop. The staff is kind and efficient. There are always people in the surroundings streets, at every hour of the day and of the night.   You have absolutely everything you need if you are not easy going. It might be a bit cleaner but i didn't care because there were much more pluses then minuses. I appriciated the perfectly equipped kitchen, nice design, very comfortable beds, hot water at any time. We were lucky to have an apartment with a terrace. The apartments have all you require and are located an easy bus trip away from central London - numerous bus services are available across the road. There are numerous supermarkets close by with a Tesco express across the street. These apartments offer great value for money!
