  Comfortable and good size apartment for three, cute and fully equipped kitchenette with fridge, tea and coffee sachets prepared for us. Excellent location, only 5 minutes walk from both Maida Vale and Kilburn Park tube stations. Perfectly clean, nice and refurbed hotel, excellent and kind staff, good facilities.   This is a small family-run hotel with lots of character. Our host Lorenzo was friendly & helpful, the food excellent & very reasonably priced, the room small but comfortable. Located in the heart of Hampstead, it's an ideal base for visitors to London who prefer to stay close but not in the centre. The Heath & beautiful Kenwood House are a short stroll away. - The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, and made us feel so welcome. The room was small but comfortable and the location was perfect. We had dinner in the restaurant and the food was superb. The building has lots of character. We would definitely stay here again.

  Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The 24/7 reception and the locking of the doors at night made the place very safe in this particular part of Camden town. Being a student lodge for the most part I was pleasantly surprised how quiet the building was at night and how clean it remained at all times. Suzie (Zuzi) at the reception receives everyone with a great smile and wonderful customer service- she made all the difference in my stay by - I loved my small studio and the kitchen especially. The design is calm and I like that every room had a stacked book shelf with all kinds to choose from.
