Mo at the reception is a really nice guy. We arrived early and he still made sure our room was available for us ASAP. We had a double room which was very nice and clean. The hostel had a lift which was amazing after spending a lot of time lugging bags up many flights of stairs.

The staff was incrediblly nice, everyone was very helpful and polite. There are bus stops in front of the building, the Rotherhithe underground station less than 10 minutes away, it's located in a residential zone so it's a very quiet and safe place. I had previously read a review that said it was scary to walk from the underground station to the hostel, but let me tell you even though it's mostly a desserted area at the late hours of night, it's very safe, so don't worry about that. On arrival they said they had reduced the rate by £5.00 per night as the shower was not working properly, usually you have to complain first. Staff were friendly and room was clean and tidy. Overall this was a good value for money, Budget-friendly Hotel. -

The staff at the front desk were all cheerful, booked our taxis flawlessly, and provided an electrical adapter for only a deposit. The room was clean and the towels large and plush. The A/C worked fine and kept us quite cool. Extremely comfortable and enjoyable stay! Very quick check in with lovely staff who helped us to find bus routes.
The room we stayed in was amazing - everything from the layout to the comfy bed and huge shower made our stay so fun. We also had a great view onto the courtyard where the sun came in, and were able to see the park.
We were able to leave bags for the day. Tower Bridge was just down the road! Short bus journey to Waterloo/Southbank areas too.
