  The staff were very welcoming & the room was clean & very comfortable. I really liked the fact that there were proper ceramic cups to have tea or coffee with in the rooms, as so many hotels only provide paper ones & importantly for me, there were 8 little milk cartons, as opposed to the usual 1 per person. The biscuits to have, with yo... wat mensen zeggen » ur beverage, was a lovely touch, also. The breakfast was lovely & was served very quickly, which really suited me,as I had to get a train. The sta - We liked that we could have a family room with five beds which saved us having to book 2 rooms in other hotels. The staff were accomodating and friendly. The breakfast was good and nothing was too much trouble for the staff. We also liked that they looked after our luggage when we checked out so we could enjoy another day in London without having to take our suitcases with us. Overall excellent value for money, ideally situated for Paddington station, around the corner there is a tour bus stop,

  Friendly, helpful staff. Location just round the corner from Paddington made getting into London very easy. Despite our room not having a fridge, staff were very happy to store food in their fridge which meant our packed lunch and baby food stayed fresh and useful for our entire stay. - This hotel was in an excellent location - a stone's throw ... wat mensen zeggen » from Paddington station. This was a single room which was very small, but this is to be expected for the money. Staff were very courteous, helpful and friendly. Recommended for a low priced Zone 1 hotel.

  The staff was very nice. From the email I had sent before requesting a quiet room with the wifi (was in London for an exam) to the minute I arrived. Arran (I think that was his name) was so friendly and nice. The room was a double bed, it wa a small room. But I've stayed in a few London hotels and that's the normal. The bed was actually super com... wat mensen zeggen » fortable and the pillows were lovely! I'm not sure we're they memory foam but they were very comfortable. The shower was lovely with loads of hot wate - The location is very strategic and highly accessible to anywhere, everywhere via the Underground Tube which is about 5-10 minutes walk from the hotel. There are also couple of restaurants between the tube and the hotel which we could catch a bite or have our meals while on the way back to the hotel. The hotel room is cosy and clean. Breakfast was good with a fairly reasonable spread of food. The staffs were great and makes me feel at ease, as if I was at home. Highly recommended :)

  We liked the breakfast in bed option, as there is no dining room it was the only option :). We stayed at top floor - 7 flights of stairs, which is fine if you have small suitcase.Broom was updated and clean, howeve the water pressure failed often, so I resorted to take a shower on the other floor at the common area, where the shower was rather ou... wat mensen zeggen » tdated, but it was worth it since I got some good waterpresure and temperature. Room was small, but that is to be expected in europe prime location. T - Nice, calm location, 5 minutes' walk from the Heathrow train. The staff was very friendly and forthcoming. An in-room breakfast package shows a lot of variety and was actually a nice surprise. Although a budget hotel, it does offer a number of amenities, even providing a socket adapter. Overall, excellent value for money in a great location!

  De bedden waren goed en we hebben goed geslapen - locality - The locality to central London proved extremly good value for money. A three minute walk to Oxford St; 4 to 5 minutes to Marbel Arch tube station. 15 to 20 mins to Regent St;For that reason I would recommend the property.
