  The room was spacious and clean. We were given a key code to get in as we were arriving when Heidi was out, it was a simple and no fuss system, we were able to put our bags in and go and explore York. The breakfast was hot and tasty and served with a smile. Ideally located for a short and refreshing river walk into the town centre. Breakfast simple but tasty and again a walm welcome in the morning. We were three adults so the triple room was really good for us, it was clean, comfortable and quiet (we at a room at the back). Landlady was welcoming, helpful and informative and let me leave my car there till we left on the evening after we had checked out, Breakfast was good too. Good value for money.
