  Positive welcome. Easy registration. Lift to all floors. Room spacious and being on the corner of the building I had to sets of windows which made the room bright. Phone, tea making facilities, desk, ample drawer space. Bathroom good which was shared with one other whom I never met during my stay. Yes, it is a hall of residence for students but I was happy with my stay. Beyo - The hotel was just what we needed as we were on a hen weekend. Very pleased with the location, the staff were very friendly and helpful when we wanted to drop all the bags off early prior to a show. The rooms all had single beds which was more acceptable than double beds. The hotel was very good value for money including the breakfast. The bar was very reasonable and stayed open as long as we wanted to drink which was into the early hours and the staff were very accommodating putting on musi

  We stayed on three occasions for a total of eleven nights during June & July 2013. The hotel is situated in a "business area" with the popular Borough Market nearby. It is within walking distance of the underground and many of London's tourist attractions. We always felt safe walking in the area. All staff were very friendly, helpful and effic... wat mensen zeggen » ient. They put themselves out to assist us. Each room we stayed in was different ranging from typical "European" size to larger than what you would e - Great location on the Thames, views of St Paul's , the Gherkin and The Shard. Staff exceptionally friendly and happy. The comfiest bed ive ever slept in, much better than the 5 star knightsbridge hotel we stayed in earlier in year! Great breakfast in the Anchor pub next door. Breakfast room upstairs with river & terrace views . Lots to do in area, took the river boat down to the Eye (you can also walk this in 15- 20mins) then 10 mins on foot to Horseguards parade and onto Trafalgar Square.

  A really superb location, decent but cheap breakfast, really clean and appears well managed. I would definitely recommend it to others if you are not hoping for anything too fancy. Bed was already made which is unusual for a hostel. - Liked everything!   The apartment is modern, comfortable and well maintained. We did not cook but the kitchen seemed to have everything needed even washing up liquid, dishwasher tablets, sponges etc. I have stayed in other apartments around the world and these items often are not included. Tesco express just downstairs is very useful. You check in - The location is excellent! the staff is really nice I especially like to mention Tatiana Alonso and the reception staff. They were nice, friendly and provide us very useful. The apartment is very well equipped and the folders with recommendations about restaurants, pubs, supermarkets and general information were extremely useful and accurate. .

  The bar, restaurant, lounge and locker area were absolutely amazing! They were places that welcomed a single traveller and really encouraged them to start chatting with other people in the hostel. The whole layout of that area was superb, by far the best I've encountered during my travels, and I'm definitely going to stay at another St. Christopher... wat mensen zeggen » s Hostel in the future. Also, the staff really were excellent, always smiling, extremely friendly, with such a genuine "can do" attitude. 10/10 al - Breakfast was simple but fine. The hostel was for girls only and therefore quiet and clean. There was lots of space in the room (compared to other same type of hostels) and there were lockers for everyone under the beds. Free wi-fi in the room. For that price it was perfect!

  We had a fantastic week in St. Cristopher Village. The hostel is in a very central position and it's very simple to move, furthermore the area is not completely dead at night, as it seems for the most of the City, and if your on holiday that matters. We found out that the hostel was surprisingly clean, even though it's completely administered by... wat mensen zeggen » people with less than 30-35 years. We read about dirty everywhere, noise allnight long and rooms with not enough space to move, but we found none of - Helpful and friendly staff, clean room, very simple but good breakfast, great atmosphere. 15 minutes on foot from Big Ben, Tower Bridge and The Tower (however, we walk quite fast so it can take app. 20-25 min.). Underground station "London Bridge" 3 minutes from the hostel. Free internet access (well-working). £35 for one person for two nights in the last weekend of April in London is in my opinion really good price.
