My partner and I really enjoyed our time here. It was clean, friendly and great value for money. The staff always had time for any questions. It felt like a hotel with a great plus of a kitchen. I would stay again and I would also recommend it to friends and family. -

Very clean, very smart and I would thoroughly recommend. I travelled with my two boys (11 and 12) for the Open at Muirfield and was great for access to Edinburgh Waverley whilst being right next to Calton Hill and 15 mins from Arthur's Seat (bottom not top) for the great views of Edinburgh. -

The facilities were excellent as we could prepare a meal in the kitchen and eat it at the beautiful oak dining table in the lounge/dining room. At the same time watching one of the many DVDs available. The location was excellent for the city centre and also for the old town leading to Holyrood Palace. -
Booking was easy. This was followed by the landlord texting us and calling us with the c/in details. Arival and stay was hassle-free. Sav was very helpful and even supplied us with bread and cereal for breakfast. Though we only met on the last day of our stay - she ensured that she called every day and inquired into our stay and gave us hints on how to enjoy Edinburgh better.
