  On our arrival and departure of the hotel we found the staff very pleasant and helpful. Our room was located at the back of the hotel on the 3rd floor. The room key / card was a little tricky at first to use but after some visual instruction from the hotel staff found it ok to use, (just need to get the card in the correct position for the scanner... wat mensen zeggen » to work). The room was warm, comfortable, quite and suited our needs. We are unable to pass comment on the hotel food as we did not eat in at all. My - I loved the location of the Abba Queensgate hotel; the neighborhood is very charming and a bit off the busy streets. I was also amazed at the size of the room; being a frequent traveler, I do not expect space in a London hotel room, but this hotel was very spacious and well appointed, which was lovely for our family of 4 sharing a family room. I loved the wooden floors, and the modern touches in the hotel which were interspersed with traditional embellishments of the original building. I wou

  De kamer was erg schoon en netjes. Omdat alles nog redelijk nieuw was zag het er mooi uit. Dichtbij metro station Gloucester road en dichtbij pubs en restaurants, tegenover nat. historisch museum. Super fijne en mooie lokatie. Redelijk tot goed ontbijt. - We booked this hotel for a visit to the Chelsea Flower Show. Ideally positioned also for visiting the Natural History Museum (just across the road). The staff were very friendly, polite and helpful and the hotel was very clean. The room also was clean and modern but it was a bit small. Our double bed was butted up to the wall. It was certainly cosy! I didn't notice the noise too much but it is London after - Hotel very central , less than 5 mins walk from tube station,Staff very friendly and helpful, Hotel very clean, modern and quiet , was expecting a tiny room but got a twin room 507 was fine with a spacious bathroom ,TV , free wifi and tea coffee facility.. perfect for what we needed for our trip to London. we only needed to shower and sleep as we didint need to be in room all day..would recommend Eden Plaza to everyone wanting a break away to london for convenience alone to central london and

  In a word, everything. This trip was booked as a treat for myself and my partner for a weekend in London to see carmen at the Royal Albert Hall (which is comfortable walking distance). The location is excellent, in a beautiful, quiet street, yet 2 minutes from Harrods. The interior design in the guest rooms and public rooms is pure luxury. This hotel is nothing short of perfect.
