  The design/decor of room and common areas, comfy bedding, great lounge area... would have loved to stayed longer. Plush bedding and pillows were perfect as was the overall decor. Room on 5th floor was also very bright and quiet. This is an intimate hotel, away from the madding crowds and located in a lovely neighborhood which doesn't seem overrun ... wat mensen zeggen » by tourists even though it is short walk from the V&A and Hyde Park etc. - staffs are well trained and exellent service. specially concierge is very helpful and kind, also reception is sincere and friendly. Breakfast price is reasonable and if we would like to have full english breakfast, we can ask anything. Locaton is good for shopping, dinning, and close to V&A musium. Toward Knightsbrigde, we can walk through Wolton street which is interesting.

It is literally a stone's throw from Harrod's department store; however it is located on a quiet little street so you are able to get the best of both worlds.   Ligging van het appartement was erg centraal T.O.V. metro en centrum (15min lopen en je bent bij Harrods). Het personeel was erg vriendelijk enbehulpzaam. - Mooie opgeknapte kamer, ruime kamer, fijne keuken, leuk personeel, verstopte toilet direct opgelost! We komen volgend jaar zeker weer (5e keer! :))
