  Well, very friendly, concerned staff. You can see that they really want to please you. When I called them to say I couldn't arrive on time and asked for a late check-in I had been told "no problem". Another example is when I had to leave without getting the package I ordered on the Internet (it was delivered late after my check out) one of the man... wat mensen zeggen » gers, Inese, wrote me an mail telling that they had got it and then sent it to my next hotel for me on the next day. Also I liked the location of this - breakfast was simple but enough. They provided a cooked English breakfast (without sausage!) but toasts, some fruits, yogurt and cereal were self-service so it was quite nice. The room was small but tidy and comfortable. And the shared bathroom was clean and not crowded. I didn't wait to take a shower.

  I loved the fact that we were placed right at a bus stop (although we didn't use it) and walking distance from two underground stations with 3 tube lines and the busses. The hotel is located in central London so travelling to see the sights was very easy. Restaurants were right arond the corner from the hotel so we didn't have to travel far to eat... wat mensen zeggen » . There were banks and souveneir shops galore! We also had free wifi so I was able to let relatives in te States know we arrived safely. We traveled - After booking another hotel and to find out it was somebody's house we needed a reasonably priced hotel and somewhere near by the central of london.this was perfect I booked it half hour before arriving and the hotel was fantastic its right near the tube station ans has a bus stop outside.the staff were very friendly and the rooms were lovely.they were very cosey and warm.we had breakfast included with our stay and expected a cooked breakfast however it was toast/cereal however there is plenty

  The fantastic friendly and helpful staff, who greeted us each time we left and entered the hotel and seemed genuinely interested in what we had been doing and what we had planned. They provided us with helpful info about places to go and how to get there. Genuine and customer service focused. Made the stay really pleas - Fantastic location and excellent value for money. You really do get what you pay for, if not more. The reception staff were amazing at suggesting things to do and places to eat in the area. Wifi access is very fast, considering the hotel was very busy when we stayed there. Continental breakfast is part of the price and it includes a wide choice of pastries, pancakes and a variety of breads. Very filling and hearty!   De Royal Court Apartments liggen op een fantastische locatie, tegenover Hyde Park. De appartementen zijn gevestigd in een 19e-eeuws victoriaans pand, op een korte wandeling van de metrostations Lancas... meer informatie over the westbourne hyde park

  Ligging van het appartement was erg centraal T.O.V. metro en centrum (15min lopen en je bent bij Harrods). Het personeel was erg vriendelijk enbehulpzaam. - Mooie opgeknapte kamer, ruime kamer, fijne keuken, leuk personeel, verstopte toilet direct opgelost! We komen volgend jaar zeker weer (5e keer! :))
