  Aangename verrassing dat het boven de pinautomaat en supermarkt was. Midden tussen de winkels en toch rustig genoeg (vooral als je ging wandelen, kon je ook door de rustige woonwijken. Vlakbij metro. Ideale ligging. Bed was very comfortable, shower was fantastic, heated towels, utensils in kitchen. Very friendly and helpful staff, Good location within easy reach of shops and underground stations. Worth every penny and very highly recommended. Will stay here again in the future - Privacy was always respected, and presentation of the rooms was impeccable. Also very helpful with baggage storage while room was not ready.

The front desk staff is very helpful and accommodating.   We stayed in an executive studio and couldn't be more satisfied! The staff were really nice and friendly, the studio was spacious, clean and had everything you could possibly ask for. And the location makes it even better - 3 minutes walk to both buses and underground (Notting Hill Gate) which takes you to Oxford street in 10 minutes. My first comment is, 10 Pembridge gardens is the cleanest hotel that I ever stayed in London.. Very friendly staff, especially dear Manu Mohan :) hotel is only 200 steps away from Notting Hill gate tube station. Very close to Tesco, Boots and some more cafes. Since the rooms have own kitchen, we cooked everything at home. I must say, all the staff in kitchen were so clean and new.. Congratulations to this hotel for being so good. I will never ever
