  from the moment we checked in the reception and the service was excellent, although one of the rooms were not ready, we were welcomed and given coffee and stacks with compliments - we liked that the hotel was close to the tube station - made it very easy for traveling in and around london. also the spa was very relaxing

  On arrival we were told that we had been upgraded to a club room in their sister hotel the "Mountcalm" that is located across the road. All the staff where very friendly and helpful. The room was modern and stylishly decorated with a super king sized bed. The location is perfect for Oxford street, Hyde park and the tube. - This feed back is on Mo... wat mensen zeggen » ntcalm Hotel as we were upgraded from the sister hotel Marble Arch. Good & friendly front office staff. Excellent location to Oxford street & many eateries are nearby & tube station is a mere 3 minutes away. Will certainly recommend to anyone.
