You could not be more centrally located - it is right in the soho/chinatown area and a very close walk to most of the West End. It is also very conveniently located on 2 tube lines, including one directly from Heathrow. Even the toiletries and mini bar were well - We booked this hotel for our wedding night and arrived quite late to find the lift broken. My (new) wife is pregnant and the staff were wonderful. They were really concerned, carried our bags up, upgraded us to another room on a lower floor so that we had less stairs to climb and gave us a discount on food and drink. Spacious bathroom with seperate shower, lixurious bathtub with Tv!!! ;) Excellent minibar. Fantastic and really huge beds. Perfect breakfast. Amenities were complete (miller harris toiletries smelled great, good size too). Concierge and staff were very helpful and accommodating. Free fast wifi and buffet breakfast were great too. Good west end theatres within comfortable walking distance (to watch Les Miserables, The Phantom of the Opera and soon The Book of Mormon).
