  Central London, 1 min walk to Underground hub, very nice and accommodating staff, low price, excellent WiFi, one of the cleanest budget hotels I've ever stayed in, prepackaged breakfast could be brought with as lunch, rear-facing room (number 3) very quiet (except for guests/residents upstairs), beautiful new tile in bathroom, fridge (but tiny!), ... wat mensen zeggen » iron & hairdryer, could leave luggage before check- in/after check-out, adjacent to a nice pub and sandwich shop, walking distance to Hyde Park, O - The guy at reception was unbelievably nice and did everything to help. I didn't have my phone charger and was out of battery so he lent me his, plus I had to check out before breakfast so he brought it to me the night before! I was well impressed with his attitude and friendliness. Other than that the place was very clean and excellent value. Also there was loads of stuff nearby and it's right next to Paddington station.

  Friendly, helpful staff. Location just round the corner from Paddington made getting into London very easy. Despite our room not having a fridge, staff were very happy to store food in their fridge which meant our packed lunch and baby food stayed fresh and useful for our entire stay. - This hotel was in an excellent location - a stone's throw ... wat mensen zeggen » from Paddington station.   The location is superb, just minutes from Paddington Station (train and tube stop). The staff are friendly. We were not only allowed to leave our bags before checking in, but invited to have breakfast (a free meal!). The rooms aren't huge, but they're a reasonable size.   Absolutely loved this apartment! It is great value for money! If you are looking around this area for a self contained apartment you will spend some ridculous amout of money per night. This place costed us just shy of $200 Australian per night. Bargain for the location and it being self contained. Wifi was excellent, staff were such a big help and... wat mensen zeggen » allowed us to have an extremely early check in and did everything to make sure this could happen after we had been flying for 26 hours. It is so cent - Though it was my second trip to London, and having stayed in Paddington earlier as well, i was very comfortable with my family in London. My two kids, both under 7, enjoyed a lot and want to visit London again, specially the parks, London Zoo, Aquarium, River Cruise, London Eye, except the castles and palaces.   The staff were all very helpful especially the lady on reception. I came with my Dad and his mobility is limited but nothing was to much trouble. Fortunately he had a room on the ground floor.   Location is outstanding, on a very quiet street of all small hotels with a park the length of the street. Very close to Paddington. Good pubs and restaurants steps away from hotel. Furniture barely fits in room so we did a little rearranging to make it work for us. Beds were comfortable. Very clean. Window in room opens wide and we were thankful for that during London's heat spell. - The receptionist made us feel at home once we checked in. Very helpful and cheerful, even managed to get us the discounted ticket and beat the queue at London Zoo! And the location was perfect! Short walking distance from Paddington station, in the middle of bus lane, surrounded by lush garden and near to good restaurants. Oxford street is 20 mins away max by bus.
