  The hotel was very comfortable and welcoming. Soft leather chairs and twinkly lights. The room was excellent with quality fittings and nights sleep. No noise at all through to the room and it was Christmas party time. Continental breakfast was really wholesome so much so that my husband didn't miss his usual cooked breakfast. I liked the idea of the room names (but would have liked the names to have some relation to the buildings history).

  Great location and convenient for pubs cafes, shops and sight seeing. Our room situated at the back was quiet and we had a good night's sleep. Very helpful and cheerful receptionists. The fire-alarm went off on one occasion, firemen turned up and declared it as a false alarm, at least we felt safe.   Choosing accommodation in a city that you are unfamiliar with is always hard. We chose well as this hotel is brilliantly located in the "old " city right off the Royal Mile. Everything is within walking distance and the rooms are a great size with all amenities. This apartment hotel is reasonably priced and is brilliantly locate - Wow- fantastic hotel. We got it for a really good price through letsbookhotel.com and our stay was perfect. The staff were brilliant and so attentive allowing us to check in early and assigning us to a fab room. The room was spacious bright and colourful with lots of lovely added extras including free movies,mini bar drinks, robes and slippers.   It is a suite hotel less than a ten minute walk from the main Railway Station and ten seconds off the Royal Mile. Though rooms were small, they were well appointed, efficiently arranged and meticulously kept. The staff was stellar, the restaurant exceptional and the location as perfect as could be.
