Seriously, you could not get a better location, it really is in the
heart of the royal mile and only 5 mins walk from the railway station.
The staff are the most helpful, friendly and accommodating people -
nothing was any trouble, they let us check in to the apartment earlier
and let us check out later (leaving our cases in their premises both

The two brothers who own the apartment were so helpful and
accommodating. They provided information about where to eat, what to
see. From the moment we arrived they made us feel very welcomed. We
arrived early before check-in so they moved our apt. Up the line to be
prepped. They also stored our bags so we could enjoy the afternoon. The
apartment is extremely comfortable (good beds and linen!) and directly
overlooks all the bustle and excitement of Edinburgh's Royal Mile.

The apartment space was luxurious, comfortable, very well thought out and utilised - with modern open-plan living in mind, balcony with fold back door to seamlessly bring the outside space in, serviced to a high standard daily; friendly and very helpful staff. Muy bien ubicado en el centro de la ciudad con acceso a recorrer andando cada rincon de Edimburgo, muy limpio en todo momento con la posibilidad de conocer gente de todo el mundo con la que practicar tu Ingles. Hay que destacar la amabilidad de todo su personal que siempre tiene una sonrisa para recibirte y ayudarte en todo lo que necesites. Room was very nicely and comfortably furnished, inpeccably clean that it
made me feel at home immediately. There were nearby bus stops but I had
preferred to walk (about 15 minutes to Waverley Station). A large
supermarket (Tesco) is 5 minutes away and so are a number of
restaurants. I went on a day tour that set off early in the morning and
John (the owner) gladly served breakfast earlier than usual for me, so
that was great hospitality. If it were not fully booked, I'd have
