  Absolutely brilliant! We've stayed in Llandudno many times over the years and due to closure of a B&B where we used to stay, we were looking for somewhere we liked. We knew that we'd found the right place as soon as the door opened and Sue and Geoff greeted us. They were the perfect hosts. Everywhere was spotlessly clean, the room was very nice and comfortable and the breakfasts were delicious, especially the kippers! It felt as tho - Closely situtated near to the beachfront, shops, bars and restaurants. We were met by the owner who was a very friendly man. The hotel was lovely and clean and very nicely presented. We were shown to our room which was a lovely double bed.( My husband had booked this for me so I did not have to stay in our house while plumbers were working there).   Jo an Martin were very welcoming and friendly hosts, it was very quiet when we were there and so they moved us to a room with a view of the Orme. it was a quiet room with a lovely view. The rooms are not huge but it was fine for the two of us. Unfortunately my husband and I were both unwell during our stay (nothing to do with Granby House) but wha... wat mensen zeggen » t we had of the breakfast was well cooked local produce with huge portions. We would definitely return and recommend it to others. i - Jo and Martin were very welcoming and friendly throughout our stay. The room was very comfortable and clean and the cooked breakfast each morning was excellent. There is plenty to choose from on the breakfast menu, and as you can make your selection the evening before, get exactly what you prefer. We had a great stay and with Llandudno's attractions being only a short walk away would happily recommend Granby House to anyone visiting Llandudno. We will certainly stay again!!

  It was one of the nicest rooms we have ever stayed in. The owners were very friendly and could not have been more helpfull. They talk to all of their guests and advise places to visit, and eat. I would recomend this guest house to anybody. - First class room, very large bed with one of the best showers I have ever used in a hotel. You have a breathtaking view - We stayed in the junior suite which was lovely! It was fantastic to have 2 rooms. There is a games console, flat screen tv with freeview and a dvd player in one room and then a smaller tv with freeview in the bedroom. Gerry was very friendly and couldn't do enough for us. Breakfast was lovely. Variety of newspapers each day. A sitting room with DVDs to choose from. Very close to the beach/pier/puppet show/tram to Great Orme. 10 mins to Welsh Mountain Zoo. Absolutely perfect!

  We spent 2 nights in this charming bb. Did not see enough of Llandudno though, so I think we shall have to go back, which would please us so much!! Perfect hosts, very clean and nice rooms, gorgeous breakfast, close to city center but also with good pubs just outside the door. Very good atmosphere in the breakfast room, and when we left the bb, Je... wat mensen zeggen » ff & wife from the table next to ours were waving goodbye from their window + Jeanette & Paul standing in the door. We felt ever so welcome. D - We loved everything about this hotel. The owners could not have been more helpful, from advice about the local area, helping us get a table at a restaurant to helping us with a car problem. Nothing was too much trouble. The room was spotless, roomy and very tastefully decorated. Breakfasts were really good. The hotel is centrally located and a very short and easy walk to many restaurants and pubs and to the pier and beach front. Could not recommend this hotel highly enough!
