O watch people at work since we are haooily retired. Friendly staff and curbside help. 6 days with sofa and chase felt good and welcoming.

  from the moment we checked in the reception and the service was excellent, although one of the rooms were not ready, we were welcomed and given coffee and stacks with compliments - we liked that the hotel was close to the tube station - made it very easy for traveling in and around london. also the spa was very relaxing

  We searched long and hard online to find a good, affordable hotel in central London. This one is it (along with the Nadler, a few streets east). Our room was much larger than expected and very modern. Walk out the front door of the hotel and you're staring down Carnaby St. Go a block west and you're on Regent St. A couple blocks north and you... wat mensen zeggen » 're on Oxford St. BTW don't be concerned when you walk up the front steps the first time and wonder "Is this a hotel?"
