  It was a wonderful trip! Hotel prevzashel all our expectations. At the reception were polite and tried to please us in every way. Deluxe room had everything you need laid out in detail, it feels like you are at home and you are incredibly comfortable. Was very warm and spacious. Concierge managed to get us last minute theatre tickets (1 day before the show). Very convenient to have early check-in and late check-out. Espa is wonderful, one of best in London.   This was absolutely the most comfortable bed either of us has ever slept in. Seriously, it was the greatest bed of all time. We loved the wet room shower! Very cool. Our room was very quiet, we didn't hear a peep the whole stay and we even slept with the windows open. The decor is fabulous as well. The downstairs bar was very comfortable but also ... wat mensen zeggen » very rock and roll. - Room service was good with plenty of good quality food. Drinks prices not excessive in mini bar. Bed was comfortable and had a good nights sleep. Free wifi
