  Very nice location literally directly across the street from Hyde Park and 1 minute from a tube stop. It felt like a safe location, even at night. The apartments are comfortable and there is a 24hr front desk that is helpful. I would stay here again but don't expect a late checkout but besides that we were very happy.

  The location was great. Very close to Lancaster Gate station and within walking distance to Paddington, Bayswater, Edgware Road, Oxford Street, Hyde Park, etc. The staff who received us on Sunday afternoon, 29Sep was very efficient & friendly. The other staff during weekdays was very helpful too. The broken shower head in our room was fixed im... wat mensen zeggen » mediately on the next working day. The room was cleaned, the towels and coffee/ tea were replenished every day. The wifi connection was excellent! - The location is great. Just opposite the Lancaster Gate station and bus station to Piccadilly and Westminster, and 5 min walk to Paddington station. The room we stayed in was recently refurbished and looks very good. The sofa is a sofa-bed and so useful for small family. There is a bedroom and so not a studio. Kitchen and toilet are both new and clean. Hot water supply is good as well.

  I found the staff very friendly and helpful on reception. Helped with luggage up stairs and very helpful with directions etc. Staff in breakfast room also very friendly and would have made you anything. Breakfast lovely. I had a single room in their adjoining building which was very modern and clean and large enough for a single person. Room was... wat mensen zeggen » cleaned every day. Well equipped with plenty of closet space, mini fridge, tv, hairdryer and plenty of helpful advice on local restaurants, attracti - You get what you pay for. Though this is a small hotel, it is clean and located in a very quiet and safe environment. Breakfast is fairly okay. So far, we did not have any problems regarding theft or any loss of personal properties while staying at the hotel. I think the guests themselves should be responsible to take care of their valuables and not to leave their money or other important things when they go out of the wherever hotel they are staying.   This is my second stay in this hotel and we got the highest floor instead of the basement which is a good start. Quite near to lancaster gate st, so it's easy for us to access the tube. Clean rooms as usual and friendly staffs. They have a storage room just in case you arrive earlier than the check in time or if you would like to keep your bags in... wat mensen zeggen » the hotel for a while after checking out. Breakfast was delicious, a great english breakfast and it's all inclusive. Toilet on the upper floors are m - Good value for money! Most of the staff were friendly and helped us with what we needed. Breakfast was better than expected, no gourmet but the basic Brit bacon, eggs, beans & toast. Extra thanks for the very swift repairment of the leaking tap in our room! 24-h reception was good! If you're looking for a nice little budget room where you go to sleep and spend the rest of the time exploring London I can strongly recommend this hotel!

  The location of the hotel was really nice. It's a few minutes walk from Paddington station and very easy to find it. I guess no one gets lost on arrival. Also, it was easy to get to Baker Street on foot. Not only that, but there are so many nice pubs and eateries near the hotel and you can enjoy a lot of delicious food and good beer - I only stayed one night before going to Heathrow airport. The room I received was basic but very clean with a nice attempt at modernization; these hotel buildings in this area are all around 100 years old or more, most being Listed (historical) making modernization difficult or impossible. The staff were very friendly, accommodating and professional. The hotel is located three blocks from Paddington Station in London, which was excellent for me.
