  This place is a gem - we stayed for two nights for a much-needed break and a spot of Christmas shopping. The location is ideal and incredibly quiet considering where it is. The hotel is in a beautiful building and our gallery suite was superb. The service was excellent and understated. The staff was kind and efficient. Complimentary wi-fi was a nice facility that you cannot find free in many hotels of this standard in London. Rooms were fairly large enough to stay and relax.

  We loved the size of the rooms and the fact that it was a suite set up, as this made it easy for our young son to go to bed before us. The free water, starbucks coffee and lovely toiletries were an added bonus. Choice of pillows alos excellent and superb beds for comfort. It has a lovely relaxing and welcoming feeling to the hotel. The staff are very well trained and always pleasent and helpful.   Excellent and beautifully decorated no-expense spared brand new small luxury hotel. They may only have been open a few weeks but they've hit the ground running thanks to the top quality experienced staff. My room was super comfortable and the marble bathroom with heated floor and electric loo gorgeous. The use of the curtesy Rolls Royce really topped off a superb stay.
