  Very comfortable room and bed, spacious enough, large bath. Staff (Andrew in particular) was fantastic, helping with city trip and travel planning, suggestions, opening hours, train schedules. The staff are very professional and the Concierge team (particularly Head Concierge, Rafiq) very helpful. I have stayed 5 - 6 times over the past 9 months and have been in different double rooms each time and all are clean and attractively designed and with adequate space.   De kamer was ruim en mooi. Heel volledig met veel extra's(naaigarnituur,strijkijzer/plank,keuze tussen kussens,lekkere douchespulletjes) personeel was supervriendelijk en heel behulpzaam.We mochten al uren eerder in onze kamer.Ligging hotel was heel goed.Kortom wij zijn heel erg tevreden en hebben ons hotel in Londen gevonden! - Locatie

  On our arrival and departure of the hotel we found the staff very pleasant and helpful. Our room was located at the back of the hotel on the 3rd floor. The room key / card was a little tricky at first to use but after some visual instruction from the hotel staff found it ok to use, (just need to get the card in the correct position for the scanner... wat mensen zeggen » to work). The room was warm, comfortable, quite and suited our needs. We are unable to pass comment on the hotel food as we did not eat in at all. My - I loved the location of the Abba Queensgate hotel; the neighborhood is very charming and a bit off the busy streets. I was also amazed at the size of the room; being a frequent traveler, I do not expect space in a London hotel room, but this hotel was very spacious and well appointed, which was lovely for our family of 4 sharing a family room. I loved the wooden floors, and the modern touches in the hotel which were interspersed with traditional embellishments of the original building. I wou

  We loved the size of the rooms and the fact that it was a suite set up, as this made it easy for our young son to go to bed before us. The free water, starbucks coffee and lovely toiletries were an added bonus. Choice of pillows alos excellent and superb beds for comfort.
