The staff were very friendly & welcoming. It was extremely clean with clean towels every day & plenty of tea/coffee/milk provided. It proved to be a convenient position for gaining access to central London fairly quickly & I would definitely use this hotel again when visiting my daughter in Tower Hamlet. -

We stayed at this hotel with our 9 years old son. The good thing is, first of all, that the hotel offers family rooms. Convenient booking (with no deposit required). The staff were very friendly and extremely helpful. The first room we got was leaning a bit and sensitive as we are we asked for another room and the staff helped us with everything and we got a superb room right away instead :) Big and spacy rooms with wooden floors instead of a carpet!
The breakfast was excellent and pretty much everything you want they had and more as well.
Nice area close to supermarkets and very close to the underground station. Around 3-5 min walk. The hotel is located

We enjoyed the facilities, the flat was always warm, comfortable & had plenty hot water for a shower,
more importantly it was really clean throughout and it's location was ideal.
Would book again... but
not in that particular flat as it had one major problem (please refer to what we didn't Like) -

Excellent location, we were worried that it may be noisy in the room because of the location but we never heard a thing! The staff were very helpful and friendly! Highly recommend the breakfast (main reason we always book a Premier Inn :) ), we also had dinner on the first night which was very good value for money! Will definitely come back here to stay next time we are in London which hopefully won't be too long away as we never got the chance to see everything we wanted!

Nice staff, very friendly, very clean, excellent for a night. Pub in
cellar, quite loud but just far enough so it didn't really bother
us. Breakfast very basic but okay, three large breakfast-tables to cater
the many guests. For one night or a weekend it's definitely
recommended. Location is great, close to St Pancras/Kings cross.

Het was mogelijk om al eerder in te checken. De kamer was klaar, maar anders kon ik mijn bagage kwijt. De kamer is netjes ingericht en was schoon. Het is fijn dat ik koffie en thee op de kamer kon klaarmaken. Er is een koelkastje en zelfs een vriezer. - Een mooie nieuwe tv op de kamer, genoeg aanbod van programma's op tv, haardroger, waterkoker
