  from the moment we checked in the reception and the service was excellent, although one of the rooms were not ready, we were welcomed and given coffee and stacks with compliments - we liked that the hotel was close to the tube station - made it very easy for traveling in and around london. also the spa was very relaxing

We upgraded to executive room for £40 per night which was good value as it then gave us breakfast and complimentry drinks and food in a privare room between 5pm and 6pm on both nights. We were given the delicious warm cookie to eat while we checked in. We left our luggage and went to do some sightseeing. When we arrived back we were given our key to our suite and another delicious cookie. Our suite was spotless and a delight to spe

  All I can say is wow what an amazing hotel. It was absolutely spotless in every area . The bedroom was not only huge but also very plush indeed and the en-suite was outstanding - you could literally see your reflection in the floor. I could not recommend this hotel highly enough. It really is amazing. The price was excellent too especially for a 5 star in - The gym, pool, sauna & steam room are all good & included in rate we got. The staff were helpful & took time to help explain there was engineering works on the district line & to use the Metropolitan line from Aldgate to get to my destination Sunday morning. Location is good for the east end of London as is only 5 mins walk from Tower Bridge.
