  De man achter de balie was uitermate vriendelijk en hielp ons bij alonze vragen.   Het personeel heel vriendelijk, er was hun niets te veel. Als we vroegen waar een bepaalt restaurant was werd er zelfs een uitdraai op de computer van gemaakt.   The room was cleam and not as small as one would expect in Central London. There was hot water and loads of pressure in the shower, unlike in so many hotels we've stayed in London before! Friendly staff, really good value for money for a hotel so close to Oxford St and Hyde Park. I stayed with my Mum and two teenage children in a room with 4 single beds and small en suite. The room was spacious enough for us, 2 large windows which opened fully for fresh air. All in all an excellent value hotel great to use as a base to explore London.

  I lived in this hostel from 15 till 27 of April 2013 and I would recommend it, because the location is perfet, 5 min from the tube, rooms are clean and staff is very friendly! Bathroom is clean and good.I Loved breakfast and 12 days I ate only "full English breakfast". I Common room you cam meet alot of new people from all over the world. Excellent location , right next door to the Royal Albert Hall where I went for the Proms , small room overlooking main road with crispy white clean sheets , kettle with complimentary tea and coffee and a free bottle of water . Though small , the room was perfectly comfortable ! Wardrobe and a sink with complimen... wat mensen zeggen » tary shampoo and shower gel . I choose a room with shared bathroom and it was super clean , the shower with plenty of hot water . It has a 24 hours re - Central London location, close to Hyde Park and Royal Albert Hall, although not that close to any tube station. I had a single room with ensuite, which was nice. Can access rooms via a lift, which is good. There is a walk to breakfast, but not a problem. Liked the communal atmosphere - the uni bar is at the bottom of the courtyard and people sit around on the grass enjoying a beverage.

  On arrival we were told that we had been upgraded to a club room in their sister hotel the "Mountcalm" that is located across the road. All the staff where very friendly and helpful. The room was modern and stylishly decorated with a super king sized bed. Good & friendly front office staff. Excellent location to Oxford street & many eateries are nearby & tube station is a mere 3 minutes away. Will certainly recommend to anyone.
