  Particular thanks and complement to the young lady at the reception. Booking know how extensively I stay in hotels and can honestly say this reception has been the best ever - The location was quite good. You can walk many different sides of the City just in at most 15-20 min. The room was large enough and well equipped for such a hotel.

It was a very good experience.. When i travel again to London i will book this hotel. It is excellent for couples with a little son. The apartment size and facilities were convenient. I will recommend it for any one ask me for hotels in london.

  Great location!!!! With excellent staff, very friendly and knowledgeableabout the area. We had a lovely aperitif in the terrace overlooking thepark ( I guess the only one on Park Lane) followed by a fabulous dinnerin bord’ eaux restaurant, the meal served was really outstanding.   We arrived at 9 am and were given a room at 10:30 am and the reception staff were trying to get the room ready ASAP and in the meantime we were asked to wait in the club lounge while the room was being prepared.   The whole Hilton, paddington experience for my girls weekend was fabulous, stepping off the train and straight in, check in, leave luggage with sweet gentlemen in reception and when we got back and went to our room, it was beautiful, spacious, newly decorated, new, clean, and the bathroom was gorgeous, first class. I am so pleased I tried the Paddington Hilton and will be bac - We were able to leave luggage there when we arrived early. Our room was very nice and quiet. Staff were very helpful. Breakfast was excellent. Super convenient for Paddington Station and for access to other transportation for sight seeing. We had a wonderful stay. There are a variety of restaurants near the hotel including Chinese, Indian and Greek although since we weren't too hungry we picked up a sandwich and dessert from the M&S in Paddington Station and ate it in the room.
