  Wow! Such a friendly group of staff. The staff couldn't have tried any harder - they genuinely were a friendly and helpful bunch - Premier Inn should be very proud of them. Well done! The hotel was spotlessly clean and well maintained throughout. The breakfast was wonderful, and again, the staff in the restaurant were fantasti - We had a family room for 4 and were kind of packed into the room but it worked fine - after all, we were out seeing London except when we were sleeping! Our favorite thing was the breakfasts served in the dining room each morning and the fact that they were free for our two teenagers (free for 16 and under). Eggs made to order, amazing sausages, beans, sautéed mushrooms, etc... the yogurt they served was organic. Compared to the kind of breakfast you'd get at a budget hotel in the U.S. - this w

  Nice staff, very friendly, very clean, excellent for a night. Pub in cellar, quite loud but just far enough so it didn't really bother us. Breakfast very basic but okay, three large breakfast-tables to cater the many guests. For one night or a weekend it's definitely recommended. Location is great, close to St Pancras/Kings cross. Ideal for backpackers. - Very comfortable, clean, friendly, easy to reach (10 minutes walk from King's Cross St. Pancras) place to stay for sensible money. Nice little free of charge locker (take your own padlock) for money/phone/etc. Little lamp above your bed so no need to disturb other people when you are coming back in the middle of the night. Lovely breakfast (good choice of musli/flakes/etc). Nice big kitchen for your own cooking.

  We were "Upgraded" to another Grange Hotel on the opposite side of the road. BUCKINGHAM HOTEL. This was even better than the Lancaster. The `Ratings` shown above are in fact for this Hotel.   Clink was very nice hostel, really good value for money! Stuff was excelent, there are useful utilities like a luggage room, breakfast was surprisingly wealthy and showers clean. Although very close to St Pancras station really quiet during nights thanks the windows into the courtyard.   The Hotel is in a great location, we travel with two young kinds and we went from the airport to the hotel using the underground with no issues at all. Very short walk from the tube exit. The underground station has a great and convenient schedule so hotel is in perfect place to sightsee the city and leverage public transportation. No surprises. - Clean and tidy. Great value for the money. Stayed several times at different Premier Inn hotels and always have had a good experience. The surrounding area has not much to offer, but the inner districts of London is easily accessible with tube or bus. We traveled from Heathrow with the piccadilly line and changed trains at Kings Cross to get to the hotel. Was easy enough even with a large suitcase. But is probably not to recommend in worst rush hours.

  We enjoyed the facilities, the flat was always warm, comfortable & had plenty hot water for a shower, more importantly it was really clean throughout and it's location was ideal. Would book again... but not in that particular flat as it had one major problem (please refer to what we didn't Like) - Attractive flat in good location, great to ... wat mensen zeggen » have bath (although small) with heaps of hot water, great kitchen/living facilities to have if staying longer than 1 night in London.
