Didnt have much dealings with staff but when we did theywere great. Had a problem with the bioler and was fixed almost straightaway - perfect!!! Great value for money. Apartment wa stunning andeverything about it screamed luxury. We were there for a Friday andSaturday night -got a knock on the dopor on the Saturday to see if wewanted it cleaned!!! Wow!!!

I'm on gluten free diet - had no problems whatsoever. The chef even amended the Valentine's Day menu in the Grill Room. All the staff were exceptionally helpful. The rooftop hyropool was wonderful. - The upgrade to our room was very comfortable and appreciated. The staff were all very helpfull and friendly.

apartment with a well equipped kitchen and furnishings. It appeared to
be brand new. Very warm in fact almost to warm we ended up sleeping with
the window open even though it was snowing. Comfy double bed with
sliding doors separating it from the kids sleeping on the sofa beds in

I made several calls prior the trip to ensure that we could get a high chair and cot for our baby and the staff remembered me and were very friendly. - The apartment was fantastic, equipped with everything we needed for our stay. Rooms were comfortable and clean and the kitchen was stocked with basic essentials. Parking was great too. Staff were friendly and very helpful. Would definately use this apartment/hotel complex again.

We absolutely loved everything about this place. It is very close to bus station, train station and super market and lots of restaurants. At the same time, it is not very noisy and very crowded. We had absolute freedom and no interference from the owners/ letting agency. Would definitely recommend this place to my friends -

Friendly staff & room (No,10) was clean, bright & comfortable with nice touches to enhance its ambience (sweets, tea/coffee & cushions on the bed).
