  Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The 24/7 reception and the locking of the doors at night made the place very safe in this particular part of Camden town. Being a student lodge for the most part I was pleasantly surprised how quiet the building was at night and how clean it remained at all times. Suzie (Zuzi) at the reception receives everyone with a great smile and wonderful customer service- she made all the difference in my stay by - I loved my small studio and the kitchen especially. The room was very clean and the cleaning staff was great. The managers are all young and very friendly, helped a lot when I had to prolong my stay. The design is calm and I like that every room had a stacked book shelf with all kinds to choose from.   Location! It is located at just 5 minute-walk from victoria station ....so very handy if you do not have enough time. Located in Belgravia, it is just the perfect place to explore Chelsea and Kensington...if you fancy walking there is no need to travel by tube. I travelled with my wife and an 11-month old baby son and staff was really nice and hel... wat mensen zeggen » pful. They provided us a confortable baby cot and helped us with baby food. Breakfast is really excellent! Plus when you come back from visiting Lond - good location near to Victoria. small hotel but has all the amenities needed. really friendly and helpful staff. breakfast certainly different experience, sitting in the cooking area. no tea or coffee in rooms but free hot drinks and bottled water in reception.
