We arrived at 9 am and were given a room at 10:30 am and the reception staff were trying to get the room ready ASAP and in the meantime we were asked to wait in the club lounge while the room was being prepared. The whole stay was ideal, we were 4 ladies travelling for leisure and
shopping, we had booked a 1 bedroom apartment but when we got there they
gave us the option of 2 studios for the same price as we would have more
space and comfort, we chose our original booking and stuck with the 1
bedroom apartment as we wanted to all stay together but was lovely to be
offered the choice, we had problems with hot water the first night but
as soon as we rang they came straight up, the breakfast was lovely an

Ligging van het appartement was erg centraal T.O.V. metro en centrum (15min lopen en je bent bij Harrods). Het personeel was erg vriendelijk enbehulpzaam. - Mooie opgeknapte kamer, ruime kamer, fijne keuken, leuk personeel, verstopte toilet direct opgelost! We komen volgend jaar zeker weer (5e keer! :))

The location was quite good. You can walk many different sides of the City just in at most 15-20 min. The room was large enough and well equipped for such a hotel.

I like most things in the hotel. It was a very good experience.. When i travel again to London i will book this hotel. It is excellent for couples with a little son. The apartment size and facilities were convenient. I will recommend it for any one ask me for hotels in london.
