  Goed ingerichte kamers, schoon en keurig personeel - We hadden een prachtig appartement, mooi schoon, groot en netjes.Badkamer was super. Ontbijt was goed en personeel aardig. Ligging hotelzit dichtbij de metro en busroutes. We konden koffers stallen toen we tevroeg waren de eerste dag en ook op de dag van vertrek hoefden we nietoverbodig met koffe... wat mensen zeggen » rs te slepen.   De kamer was erg warm toen wij aankwamen, er kwam meteen iemand kijken. We dachten dat het probleem opgelost was, helaas niet. Na een melding bij de receptie is er heel snel opnieuw naar gekeken en probleem was opgelost. Eén van de betere en prettigere hotels die we in Londen bezocht hebben.   Dit hotel is echt meer dan we verwacht hadden. Zeer netjes, alles schoon en helemaal nieuw. Nergens stof of een vuiltje te bekennen.   Everything very smooth and an oasis to have so much space in comparison to the ordinary hotel room in London. Good shower and toiletries! Location is perfect, about a minutes walk to the tube (served by multiple lines), loads of shops and eateries around but off the main street, so nice and quiet. We could leave our bags in the hotel on the last day and were even given plenty of time to charg - Melissa at the reception was terrific. She was very helpful and accommodating. She received a parcel for me and it was waiting in the apartment when we got back from Paris. The location is excellent. A 3-minute walk from Earl's Court station which has the Piccadilly and district lines stopping here so it's super convenient. There is a Sainsbury local, the co-operative and M&S near the station (for food supplies) plus a Boots and a stationery shop. Lots of eateries too.

  The hotel was clean and stylish with nice finishing touches such as the free soft drinks in the mini bar, ipod dock and speakers in the bathroom.   Stayed 5 nights in the King Suite. 1 bedroom and 2 sofa-beds (in the living room) accommodated 4 of us (me, my wife & 2 adult children) well. Unit was well-fitted out (washer/dryer, microwave, dishwasher, etc).
