  A very good BnB great bed in the king size room. Wasn't too keen on the full English breakfast but my partner enjoyed it. The owners are very welcoming and gave us a lift to the marina saving us £15+ in taxi fair, it also meant we could get off and start the day. Position good for the sea front and also for nearby restaurants and buses into Brighton. We hope to stay again on our next visit to the area.

  Our aim was reasonably priced B&B and central to the waterfront area. We could not have been more pleased on those 2 counts. Lee, owner was delightful. The room was cramped but it was not a surprise given the cost of the accommodation. Shower at the foot of the bed was excellent and we had a very good breakfast in the adjoining building next d... wat mensen zeggen » oor which we assume the owner owns. It was a little more upscale so we would likely book it next time. It was a few steps from ocean and wonderful din - Central location was very convenient for beach, shops, restaurants, theatre. Decor was fun. 2 minutes walk takes you to a bus stop from which you can go out to the countryside along the coast.

Bed deliciously comfortable. Very quiet - very little sound from other rooms. Very private. It was easy to find, close to the seafront and walking distance of where I needed to be for my work. The manager was polite, friendly, helpful, nothing was too much trouble. The breakfast was extremely good and freshly cooked. Room very clean, too. I ll reccommed it and stay again if visiting Brighton, even with friends.
