  We loved the size of the rooms and the fact that it was a suite set up, as this made it easy for our young son to go to bed before us. The free water, starbucks coffee and lovely toiletries were an added bonus. Choice of pillows alos excellent and superb beds for comfort. It has a lovely relaxing and welcoming feeling to the hotel. The staff are very well trained and always pleasent and helpful. The bar of the hotel has a lovely atmosphere and is very popular which I have found in other hotels we have stopped in, not to be the case.

The hotel is in a beautiful building and our gallery suite was superb. The service was excellent and understated. The staff was kind and efficient. Complimentary wi-fi was a nice facility that you cannot find free in many hotels of this standard in London. Rooms were fairly large enough to stay and relax.

  Having decided to make a quick get-away down to London, we found Durley House, and what a find! Having stayed in traditional hotels in London where space is at such a premium, this made for a very refreshing change. The staff were excellent throughout our stay and nothing was too much trouble. Super fijne en mooie lokatie. Redelijk tot goed ontbijt. - We booked this hotel for a visit to the Chelsea Flower Show. Ideally positioned also for visiting the Natural History Museum (just across the road). The staff were very friendly, polite and helpful and the hotel was very clean. The room also was clean and modern but it was a bit small. Our double bed was butted up to the wall. It was certainly cosy! I didn't notice the noise too much but it is London after - Hotel very central , less than 5 mins walk from tube station,Staff very friendly and helpful, Hotel very clean, modern and quiet , was expecting a tiny room but got a twin room 507 was fine with a spacious bathroom ,TV , free wifi and tea coffee facility.. perfect for what we needed for our trip to London. we only needed to shower and sleep as we didint need to be in room all day..would recommend Eden Plaza to everyone wanting a break away to london for convenience alone to central london and
