The location of the apartments was excellent, five minutes to the town centre. Tesco express at the top of the street, take always and two local bars within two minutes walk from the apartments. The beds must be the most comfortable beds our group have slept in. Spotless and comfortable really impressed and would recommend these apartments to anyone wanting to stay in Edinburgh.

Leading up to our break, David was so helpful, keeping in touch regarding our check in and giving details on how to find the hotel. As we were due to arrive at lunchtime, David arranged an early check in which was really helpful.

Everything. The facilities are complete and well-maintained. Very clean and really good location. We actually extended our stay because we were very happy with the place. Although parking is not available, the parking off restriction after 630pm helps, right at the door step. Will definitely come again here if we ever go to Edinburgh next time -

It was very clean and the breakfast was beautiful. The staff couldn't do enough for you. Great for families as there was a fridge in the room. Great for couples or groups. The owner is very easy going, trying her best to provide you with the best living experience. Clean and comfy room which is more than I bargain for. I wish Abbotsford Guest House can appear in other countries so I don't need to spend time searching for a good hotel anymore. Breakfast is nicely made. I see no drawbacks at all! Totally worth it!
