  Very comfortable room and bed, spacious enough, large bath. Staff (Andrew in particular) was fantastic, helping with city trip and travel planning, suggestions, opening hours, train schedules. I have stayed 5 - 6 times over the past 9 months and have been in different double rooms each time and all are clean and attractively designed and with adequate space.   De kamer was ruim en mooi. Heel volledig met veel extra's(naaigarnituur,strijkijzer/plank,keuze tussen kussens,lekkere douchespulletjes) personeel was supervriendelijk en heel behulpzaam.We mochten al uren eerder in onze kamer.Ligging hotel was heel goed.Kortom wij zijn heel erg tevreden en hebben ons hotel in Londen gevonden! - Locatie

  The hotel was clean and stylish with nice finishing touches such as the free soft drinks in the mini bar, ipod dock and speakers in the bathroom. We didn't eat in the restaurant so can't comment on the food but we did have drinks in the bar and cannot fault the staff, they were friendly and helpful, even giving us a free bottle of house champagne ... wat mensen zeggen » because it was our anniversary (and we'd spent quite a bit on champagne in there already!). The location next to Earls Court tube was fantastic, we we - We had the king room and the facilities and layout, space available was fantastic, decor and choice of room furniture is brilliant and gives added value to the stay, the room had two large double beds plus a lounge area and seating area for desktop work. Free internet and free minibar included as part of the package. It is 2 minutes walk from earls court tube and 1 minutes walk from earls court high street.   Zag er prima uit, vriendelijk personeel, lekker dicht bij de metro, in een mooie buurt, vlakbij musea. Familiekamer was overboekt., wij kregen voor dezelfde prijs een 2 kamer appartement. Dik tevreden dus! - Ons appartement was volgeboekt, kregen wij een luxe suite aangeboden.Het was fantastisch!
