  Our 3rd floor room was clean, well equipped with towels and toilet sundries. Heating system was excellent and we liked the facility of being able to open the window for extra ventilation. The tea/coffee- making facilities were very good and there was no problem obtaining extra milks etc from the trolley. The staff were excellent: they were all pol... wat mensen zeggen » ite and helpful and we liked the concession whereby we were excused having to pay the £5 parking charge because the lift was out of order. This was a - The staff were excellant, helpful and friendly. They gave us interconnecting rooms for us and our 2 grandchildren age 13 and 11 which was ideal. the room was pleasant and clean, it was in an ideal position for the shopping centre and the Mermaid Quay and the Dr Who experience all within easy walking distance. The breakfast was ok the continental part much better than the hot food.Good choice of drinks and proper orange etc. Good value for what we paid.

  Anita was extremely friendly and helpful from the moment we entered to the hotel. Thanks. The bed was big enough, all housekeeping staff were respecting our privacy. We have seen that the room was tidy and new towels were given every day, but all of our personal staff was exactly where we left it. The location of the hotel is perfect, 5 minutes a... wat mensen zeggen » way from the centre, but away from the night life. We enjoyed all the 3 days we spent there. - Everything.i always stay at this hotel.always a welcome here.and I have been visiting Cardiff for years for the Wales rugby tournaments.within easy walking distance to the city centre.and easy reach to the millennium stadium.would deffinately recommend from the vast experiences I have had from the numerous stays I have had here.
