  Within easy walking distance from King's College (20 minutes). Even though on busy road was not aware of loud traffrick passing by. Friendly Cypriot family-run old house with ongoing improvements. All basic requirements available for short visits to Cambridge. Clean bedroom/bathroom and very pleasant dining area for good varied breakfast (plus the... wat mensen zeggen » y make a good pot of tea!) - The room I ended up with is fabulous - big, lots of storage, huge flatscreen tv, and a terrace outside just for the couple of rooms which open onto it. This is in the new wing which has been refurbished to a very high standard. The owners are fantastic and can't do enough to make your stay as comfortable as they can.

  I have just returned from a four-night stay at the Helen Hotel and I couldn't have been happier with my choice. The location is ideal for anyone working at or near the Addenbrookes' campus as it offers easy access both to the hospital site (15 minute walk or a 5 minute bus ride on citi 1, 7 or 8 for £1.50) as well as to the railway station or the ... wat mensen zeggen » city center (10-20 min bus ride depending on traffic for £2). It is also at a walking distance (2-3 minutes) from the leisure center, which includes s - Near to the city centre with excellent bus services on the doorstep - we used our bus passes twice a day there and back. LCD minute countdown at bus stop accuratly tells you how long to wait for each bus. Very clean with friendly staff. A good range of traditional English and continental selections at breakfast. A nice view of garden at back of hotel during breakfast. Good parking facilities at front and back of hotel.. Position at back of hotel was very quite - no noise at all when sleeping. G
