  This hostel-like hotel is situated at Bethnal Green area, about 10 minutes walk from the same named tube station. This location is perfect for short-time living, as it's about 2 tube stations far from the center, so the price for it is very reasonable. The room (I had 1-bed one) is very small, without a proper window (the one looked at a cell-lik... wat mensen zeggen » e area), but as I had only 2 nights there, I didn't really care. The room was very clean, and even for 2 nights stay I had my bed tucked in - thanks:) - - very friendly, nice and helpful staff indeed. - clean room (although the room was small and the bathroom just tiny but we knew what we were going for :), new bed-clothes and towels every two days. - nice breakfast! we didn't expect such a big choice. you can also use the kitchen with fridge, microwave etc. - close to the subway station, which is rather close to the city centre. - free wifi in the room. you can also use the computer in the hall.

With all the new mod-cons including buttons to alert reception you do not wish to be disturbed and a tv that controls the lighting/air con/internet, the decor is tastefully done and the bed extremely comfortable!   Upon arrival, it was clear to see the hotel was clean and fairly luxurious (Especially for a 'Holiday Inn'!). The staff were friendly and helpful, with the room cleaned regularly, with free water and chocolate each day (at least I think they were free!). Especially at night; looking over the Olympic park, docklands and the o2. - Large rooms, excellent beds, coffee and tea facilities in room and good bathroom. Quality of breakfast and room service also excellent, and on top of it all, slam opposite Europe's largest shopping centre, with almost every central London shop available. Ideal location for both shopping as well as a quick underground trip (20 minutes by central line) to the centre of London and its attractions. ALso very convenient to get to City Airport and Southend Airport.

  That we could check in to one appartment earlier.And that the appartments were almost next to each other. - Loved the spaciousness of the apartment (2 bed/2 bathroom), the well fitted kitchen (fridge, freezer, dishwasher & washing machine), the closeness to West India Quay and Canary Wharf for top quality restaurants, shops & the River Cru... wat mensen zeggen » ise station. Only 5 minutes walk from Westferry DLR station, about 25 minutes from St Pancras in total. Walk the Thames Path to Tower Bridge - about an hour but 3 historic pubs on the route. Cruise up river on the Thames Clipper to any City dock. Chill out i - Excellent, quality accommodation - clean and quiet with good transport links (DLR and river ferry) and local shopping / pubs / eating out. The views from the apartment (9th floor) are spectacular which provided an added bonus! Tip for taxi users - we used a local cab company (Carrot Cars) to go from the apartment to Euston station at a very reasonable rate (£21) that was quoted on booking and didn't change despite long delays due to traffic congestion - and it was nearly 30% cheaper than the b
