  Fabulous hotel. The staff could not have been more friendly and helpful. Made to feel most welcome indeed. Breakfast exceptional. Cleanliness was first class and rooms are nicely decorated and user friendly with excellent furniture I do not normally write reviews. I would say that executive or standard room are more than sufficient, having asked to look at - Staff were excellent and reception were brilliant, ringing me when my room was available to check in which was 11am, very early. Also as we had come to see the air show they had printed brochures with timetables which were so helpful as we hadn't been before. We were able to leave our bag at the hotel after check out and when we collected it were able to use the facilities and change after being on the beach all day ready for our journey home.   Just like being at home, fabulous, the staff were very helpful with a relaxed but professional attitude.The breakfast was outstanding, more than we would have wished for..lovely fresh blueberries, strawberries and pineapple prepared with care. My husband had the English breakfast which was beautifully cooked to order and plentiful. Thank you all at theie Winter Dene, wish we could have stayed longer..next ti - I had booked a family room and on arrival we were shown both available family rooms and were given the choice of which room we preferred - not something I've experienced before. The room (12) was large, well set up for a family of 1 or 2 adults and 2 children as there is a king size double bed and two singles, with a pannelled wall separating adults from children, whilst still being in the same room. Hotel very clean and comfy for a family break.

  The Spa was amazing and rooms were very clean and tidy the best hotel I have stayed in Bournemouth. All in all a wonderful weekend, will be going back soon - Accessability to the beach. Use of the facilities - but unfortunately we couldnt get any treatments as they were fully booked

  polite and helpfull staff who would go out of their way to assist and room service at 1am was excellent. - good carparking, excellent suite of rooms with sea view at front of hotel which was an unexpected bonus
