  Fabulous hotel. The staff could not have been more friendly and helpful. Made to feel most welcome indeed. Breakfast exceptional. Cleanliness was first class and rooms are nicely decorated and user friendly with excellent furniture I do not normally write reviews. I would say that executive or standard room are more than sufficient, having asked to look at - Staff were excellent and reception were brilliant, ringing me when my room was available to check in which was 11am, very early. Also as we had come to see the air show they had printed brochures with timetables which were so helpful as we hadn't been before. We were able to leave our bag at the hotel after check out and when we collected it were able to use the facilities and change after being on the beach all day ready for our journey home.   We stayed 16/17 Apr as part of our house search in the Bournemouth area. Right from the start...booking in with a lovely young lady at reception, the warm welcome she gave us...we knew we had picked well. The personal attention given by taking us to our room, pointing out hotel facilities was excellent. We booked a small double and it was just wha... wat mensen zeggen » t we needed for an overnight stay. Location is ideal for a short walk into town and Bournemoth pier. We will definately book again. - One road off the sea front and an easy walk into town. Our room was great and then we got upgraded to shelter us from the noise of a wedding reception. Roll top bath in the big luxurious room; on suite as well. The staff were caring and professional, the food fantastic. We ate on our 2 for 1 Tastecard which was another bonus. We will return to Bournemouth just to stay at The Green House. Thanks

  A traditional family hotel run with so much care. Everywhere was spotless even the décor and lighting in extremely good order.- we didn't see one light bulb not working properly! Food excellent and staff so friendly. The garden facing the cliff top is wonderful and in good weather taking either morning coffee or afternoon tea it is so relaxing... wat mensen zeggen » . - Staff were friendly and very professional. I was running the Bournemouth Half Marathon on Sunday 6th October and I asked Petar on reception if it was possible to delay my checkout by an hour so I could come back to the hotel and shower. He was able to do this and I really appreciated it as I was travelling back to London.

  The Spa was amazing and rooms were very clean and tidy the best hotel I have stayed in Bournemouth. All in all a wonderful weekend, will be going back soon - Accessability to the beach. Use of the facilities - but unfortunately we couldnt get any treatments as they were fully booked
