  The hotel is only a 5-10 minute walk from New Street Station and is ideally located near to Broad Street, Gas Street, The Mailbox , New Street and The Basin. We stayed in a Queen Club room. The room was spacious and very comfortable. The room was very modern in its design and interior decoration. The bathroom was very modern and the shower ha - The staff couldn't help you enough,. Hand on heart the best hotel I have stayed at for a long time. I stayed in the queens room, which I got on letsbookhotel.com at a cheap rate ( just like the ad, ha ha but true) . With the queens room the continental breakfast was free, fresh and in the executive room. Which was calm cool and quiet. I hear the full cooked breakfast was £25 pounds, but I was happy with the range of fresh bread , ham on the bone, cheese, and all the bits you would expect.

  The staff were excellent, especially as they were unable to find our booking which we made through letsbookhotel.com. They handled the situation very quickly and were able to make a new booking at the price we had originally booked. The rooms were very clean and we had an excellent view over Birmingham.   The hotel was in a great location, we stayed there not only for that, but also because it looked great for the money. We weren't wrong, the facilities are excellent, staff very helpful, and the room we had was exceptional, much better than your boring Premier Inn. I cannot fault this place if it is a touch more dearer than some other hotels you will only regret not paying to stay here

  Close proximity to railway station and Bullring/city centre, easy walking distance. Clean, modern and stylish yet calm and relaxed atmosphere. Friendly and efficient staff from check-in, bar in the evening, through to breakfast next morning. Overnight stay was for purpose of attending concert at nearby football stadium, taxi's waiting outside hote... wat mensen zeggen » l door and bar still open on return and 24 hr availability of snacks very welcome, (cheeseboard lovely!) Checkout not until 11am so breakfast very rel - Receptionist gave very clear and concise directions to find the car park - better than my sat-nav - a very good start and representative of the excellent, helpful and friendly staff throughout our stay!! The restaurant serves superb quality food and was well worth the wait. Rooms are large, comfortable and well appointed with funky design elements. The hotel sits in a superb location for most of Birmingham's attractions.
