  We liked everything about this hotel. The reception staff were organised, friendly, welcoming and efficient. Our room was ready by 12 noon, was spotlessly clean and well equipped with huge bath sheets, ample toiletries, gowns and slippers. We had complementary sparkling water, orange juice and chocolate. The receptionist was very pleasant & most helpful. She kindly arranged for my Room to be switched to No.310. This proved a huge improvement and I slept soundly all through Saturday night.
