Hostel is quite clean, 8-bed female dormitory room was a good choice for me.The price included breakfast-all fresh and tasty. Very good value for such a low price!   It was literally a minute's walk from Kensington Olympia and the Kensington Olympia station, which was ideal for us. The hotel was very clean, and nicely decorated. My room contained a safe and a fridge, but no wardrobe, I was only staying one night so that didn't really matter. We hope to come to the same exhibition next year and this hotel will be - It was tastefully decorated, spotlessly clean, the shower room was very clean and well designed, the bedlinen was crisp and clean and although our doubleroom was small, it was adequately furnished with enough storage space for clothes. The breakfast room was well laid out and the continental breakfast well served with plenty of choice.

We received a warm welcome - even though they had no record of our booking from letsbookhotel.com - luckily they had vacancies and as I had my reservation e-mail they were able to honour the price paid.The room was exceptionally clean and comfortable and very quiet. Br - The staff were so friendly and helpful especially Peter and Carolina. Breakfast was great. The room had been recently renovated and was beautifully decorated and very clean, bed was very comfortable. Hotel is in a good location, just a short walk to Hammersmith Tube Station. My husband and I had a great stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to other people.

  Clean, tidy, comfortable, and very close to sights in London. Hotel Lily was easily accessible. Staff were friendly and helpful. Nice breakfast room with plenty of staff to serve breakfast. It's a great place for families, backpackers, and tourists who are out during the day. I would definitely stay again. - Location is excellent. 2 minutes from West Brompton tube station, 5 minutes from Earl's Court tube station (Exhibition Centre is opposit side of the hotel) and 15 minutes from Fulham Broadway tube station (Chelsea FC 2 further minutes) by walk. Staff is very friendly. Full english breakfast is fine. Recommended and thank you!

  Good value for money, comfortable rooms with cosy beds. Close to Earls Court tube station. Choice of bars & restaurants close by with some supermarkets. Breakfast was ok, But for coffee lovers there is a Costa Coffee machine! There was a group of us, we hadn't pre booked so they weren't expecting us. Little Tip, if you plan - Good location Restaurants nearby if you are too tired to get to the Soho and other fashion places in the evening Very nice service and everyone in the hotel was helpful, customer oriented making you always feel an important guest. Breakfast is really good and quantity wise is perfect before a long day walk. Quiet room really appreciated (we asked for it as suggested in different forums)
