  The room was large and well appointed and the bathroom was of a very high standard. There was easy access to Edinburgh city; a bus passing the door at regular intervals. A full breakfast was provided, The owner of the B & B was pleasant, friendly and helpful. - Friendly greeting from lovely host.   The room was clean and comfortable. The Breakfast was substantial and delicious. The location was excellent for all our needs. - Everything is just perfect, totally worth the money. The room was really tidy and spacious. Very caring and soft-spoken host!
