  Everything about this hotel was incredible - we found ourselves wanting to stay longer - Gaia at the front desk reception was so very helpful, friendly and enthusiastic about the property. Our room was spacious and included anything one might need for extended stays. The "Roxburgh's Court Close" location was not as difficult to find and ac - The apartment space was luxurious, comfortable, very well thought out and utilised - with modern open-plan living in mind, balcony with fold back door to seamlessly bring the outside space in, serviced to a high standard daily; friendly and very helpful staff. Very central location at the 'Lawnmarket' on the 'Royal Mile' in the Old Town, in the shadow of the castle itself - great for sight- seeing most within a very short walking distance and only a short bus ride to others.

  There is NO better place to stay. The staff is simply wonderful... Especially Harvey! This is the most ideal location.. You are by everything! It made my hop on hop off tour kind of pointless because of the fact you are that close to everything...and the flats were fantastic!! The one on Blair st is updated and a bit modern while the ones on High... wat mensen zeggen » St have more of that historic charm. I stayed an extra day because I enjoyed myself so much. They are very accommodating, helpful, and considerate. - 1) Location for sight-seeing. 2) Facilities included kitchen and washing machine in apartment. The kitchen was well-equipped for its purpose as a travel accommodation. 3) Separate bedroom, so if you travel with someone whose sleep schedule is different than yours, they will not have to wake you up. I don't know how much the company will accommodate your request, such as for a quiet apartment, but they supposedly do have different properties under their management, so it's worthwhile to ask.

  We are a family of 6, with children ages 2, 8, 14, and 17. We stayed at the Thistle Street Loft. This provided the best value for our family. Jon was also very accommodating to our needs. We were suppose to arrive after lunch, but due to delayed flights, we didn't arrive until after 1AM! He was quick to respond to our text messages when we did need something. The loft - We had a great time in Edinburgh and Innercity lets was a great place to do it. Very clean, spacious and we'll equipped. Jon is very friendly and professional. He is your own personal concierge. Just an email or phone call away. Well located in new town with lots of restaraunts, shopping, and parks close by. Less than a ten minute walk to the Royal mile and castle.

  Everything! Absolutely fab, cannot praise this hotel highly enough. Suite was a small appartment, we could happily have moved in. Thoughtful extras like take-away boxes at breakfast, shopping done for you if you wanted to self-cater, Lovely helpful and friendly staff. It's on the edge of the Old Town but just off the main drag, and it was actually ve - I loved the fact that everything was brand new, very clean and it also had a kitchenette (toaster, microwave, dishwasher etc). It is located in a nice area (new residential developments, offices) and just across the road is University of Edinburgh. It is 20 minutes away from the main tourist attractions (the Castle, Whiskey Museum, Princess Street). There is a parking near by (literally the building close to the hotel). The location is new and it’s not on the gps – you will be guided to an nhs
