  Staff were friendly on arrival and during our stay. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was nice a good variety. Nice pool/spa. Good location 10 min walk to Kings Cross tube. NCP car park 5 min walk. - Reasonable sized room; good quality furniture. Very good swimming pool, jacuzzi etc. with good changing facilities & showers.

  Staff, just incredibly welcoming and accommodating, stayed with a girlfriend as our flight was cancelled. We are both straight and hadn't realised this was a gay friendly venue, but that made our evening all the more interesting. The drag act was excellent haven't laughed that much in years. Would definitely stay again. - Staff were excellent, rooms and food were nice as well as location, However it's a hotel above a gay bar and tranny club which wasn't told when booking hotel..   The staff at reception desk so friendly & helpful especially the managers(Raj, Estella & Gula) staff (Ahmed, Lurry & Rid) I made a booking for two interconnecting room but we couldnot got them so we end up with one room because my kids refuse to sleep in 2nd room which was a bit far , Mr.Gula was so nice to passed the issue & get h... wat mensen zeggen » andled by Mr.Raj & Mrs.Estella they understood the situation; actually was nice of the hotel crew to refund our money back for 1 room & accept - Excellent location, we were worried that it may be noisy in the room because of the location but we never heard a thing! The staff were very helpful and friendly! Highly recommend the breakfast (main reason we always book a Premier Inn :) ), we also had dinner on the first night which was very good value for money! Will definitely come back here to stay next time we are in London which hopefully won't be too long away as we never got the chance to see everything we wanted!
