  Er was brand geweest in de kanaaltunnel. Bij aankomst gevraagd of men er iets van wist. Binnen 10 minuten was er een reservering gemaakt op de boot van Hull naar Rotterdam. De volgende dag zijn wij gewoon naar Hull gereden. Het eten in het restaurant was zeer goed. Er was een bruiloftsfeest waar wij totaal geen last van hebben gehad. - Mooie kamer,... wat mensen zeggen » aardige mensen.

  The breakfasts were delightful, the owners had thought of all the little things, spring water as well as tea and coffee making facilities, wine glasses & cork screw. The gardens were stunning and planted out in such a way that if the original 16th century owner came to visit he would know exactly where he was and what time of year. The owners ... wat mensen zeggen » Sally and Douglas have created a wonderful country house retreat, welcoming their guests' whether two or four legged with warmth and friendliness. - Loved it! Owners were very friendly and accomodating. Nothing was overly "B&B" like, just felt we had walked straight into someone's home (this is positive!). The four poster room was superb! Now I've got to deal the demands of the other half wanting one! :-)
