  Very efficient friendly welcome. Off street parking and map of town given and suggested route to walk. Clean quiet comfortable bedroom. Not the 4-poster in the pic as I was a single guest! Extremely relaxing after a long solo drive. Owner delightful, nothing too much trouble. Excellent breakfast, hot toast and good quality coffee! Thank you Beverley and Karen. - We decided on Arden House after reading other reviews on letsbookhotel.com. We were not disappointed. Beverley was a lovely friendly host and gave us all relevant information when we arrived to make our stay most enjoyable. We could not fault the room, food or the other people who were staying there as we made us of the excellent honesty bar after we returned from our nights out in Harrogate. A lovely and enjoyable experience all round.

  Cheap, comfortable warm room, can't complain it was small at such a reasonable price. Clean white bed linen, white towels (you never know with coloured ones what they're hiding) Quite adequate for an overnight stay. - Tony and Janice were very helpful and accommodating and they provide a lovely cooked breakfast.
