The apartment was absolutely spotless, everything you could think of was there, fluffy white towels, toiletries, tea/coffee/sugar & bottle of milk in fridge. Although we booked a studio apartment we were surprised that there was a fair amount of space in the apartment itself. Plenty of crockery etc., and some tea bags, water and soft drinks which were a bonus. Ideal if you don't like the idea of having huge breakfasts at a B & B or hotel. We would definitely book these apartments again. Very central to the Town.

We decided on Arden House after reading other reviews on letsbookhotel.com. We were not disappointed. Beverley was a lovely friendly host and gave us all relevant information when we arrived to make our stay most enjoyable. We could not fault the room, food or the other people who were staying there as we made us of the excellent honesty bar after we returned from our nights out in Harrogate. A lovely and enjoyable experience all round.

Andy and Tracey were the most delightful, welcoming hosts. They were also very professional and sociable - without becoming intrusive. The B&B is located in an excellent location; not too near, but not too far from the town centre. The room was just perfect, comfortable and clean. The B&B was quiet and very tidy. Above all, the breakfasts were to die for: plenty of choice and beautifully presented.

Good sized room, everything I needed for overnight stay. Room overlooked garden which was pretty and quiet but imagine it would be a busy (noisey) beer garden in high summer. Extremely helpful, friendly and efficient owners. Its a lovely Victorian building which was perfectly located for the conference centre. It is big enough not to feel at all awkward coming and going. The bedroom and shower room were quite small but that was expected as this was a small double which was perfect for one. We stayed at the Balmont for my sisters 50th with 6 other ladies, we had an excellent time, the guest house was lovely, very close to the town only a few minutes walk.The staff where very friendly the breakfast was beautiful. I would definalty recommend the Balmont to anyone and when I got back to Harrogate the Balmont will be on my list of places

We found the owner of the B and B very friendly and helpful and very aware of the needs of elderly people. The breakfast was very good and it was helpful to be presented with tickets which allowed us to park free in front of the B and
B. It was also very useful to have so many good restaurants within easy reach. We also appreciated the way it was arranged that we should have help over transporting our luggage to our room.
