Lovely hotel, would stay again if returning to Edinburgh. Delightful hosts, clean,comfortable room. Excellent breakfast. 15 minute walk to the Royal Mile and lots of buses back and forth if you'd prefer that.

The staff/owner were friendly and helpful. The breakfasts were lovely an the owner always remembered what we wanted. Our room was great excellent size very clean.
For those who visit Pollock Halls this hotel is hust next door. Friendly, home like atmosphere. 3-person rooms are also available.

was a bit far out of the city. But knew this before hand. Can be walked from princes street, if not in a hurry. 25 mins or so. Plenty of buses if you don't fancy it pass by hotel.
That we had to go back to everyday life.
